What "sale" and "sharing" mean

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, and similar state laws, a "sale" is disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" is disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning ads based on your activity across different websites and apps.

What we share, and with whom

We do not share your name, email address, postal address or payment information for advertising purposes.

Service providers are not a sale or sharing

We also use service providers that handle data only to run the store on our behalf: PayPal for payments, DigitalOcean Spaces for file and image storage, OpenAI for on-site product search, Telegram for staff order notifications, our email (SMTP) provider, and USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL for delivery. These disclosures are not considered a sale or sharing.

How to opt out

Choose either option:

You do not need an account, and we do not require identity verification to process an opt-out. We will only deny an opt-out request if we have a good-faith, documented reason to believe it is fraudulent, and if so we will tell you why.

Timing

We process opt-out requests within 15 business days, and we notify the third parties that received your information of your choice.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit an opt-out on your behalf. The agent must provide a written authorization signed by you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our site does not currently detect or respond to Global Privacy Control browser signals. To opt out, please use the email address or form on this page.

After you opt out

We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months after you opt out.

Consumers under 16

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without prior consent. Consumers aged 13 to 15 must opt in themselves, and children under 13 need consent from a parent or guardian. Our site is not directed to children.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit and no "Limit the Use" link is needed.

Your other privacy rights

You may also ask to know, access, delete or correct your personal information. We respond to these requests within 45 days, extendable by another 45 days when necessary, with notice to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Appeals

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We respond within 60 days. If you disagree with our decision, you may contact your state Attorney General.

No discrimination

Opting out will not change the prices you pay, the products you can buy or the service you receive.
