- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Return shipping is free: approved returns get a prepaid label.
- Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we fix it at no cost to you.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States, which is the only place we sell and ship.
What can be returned
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
Items we cannot accept
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
Approval comes first
Every return must be approved by our support team before you send anything back. Packages returned without approval may be refused. We are not trying to be difficult; we just need to know it is coming.
How to return an item

- Wait for approval. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.
- Receive your return instructions and a free prepaid return label by email.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off with the carrier. Keep your drop-off receipt.
- We receive and inspect your return.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping cost
Free. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid label, so there is nothing to pay for postage.

We email you when the refund is issued. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears in your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the law requires it or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, capacity or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment, and there is no cancellation fee. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Things we do not offer
To keep this policy simple: we do not issue store credit, do not provide product warranties, and do not charge restocking, cancellation or deposit fees.
